In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of a variety of ambitious projects, allowing you to lead the coordinate every stage from conception to completion. You'll navigate complex construction landscapes, manage resources, oversee budgets, and ensure quality and timeliness - all while working with a dedicated team against the stunning backdrop of Hilton Head Island.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in construction project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven success managing large-scale ($10M+) construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A drive for sustainable and community-oriented construction.
